Randstad Digital is now seeking you for a significant consulting assignment as an IT Interim Manager at an authority in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

As an interim manager, you will be responsible for the Collaboration Support and Infrastructure function. Your focus will be on leading and developing collaboration platforms such as email, chat, video, and digital meetings. New platforms will be launched in the spring of 2026, which means that a large part of your work will involve management, further development, and guiding your employees through this technical transition. You will lead a team of employees and consultants focused on creating a robust and secure IT operation. The role includes personnel responsibility, financial management, and vendor management. You will be part of the unit's management team and report to the head of IT operations support.

Practical Information

• Location: Gothenburg (possibility for remote work to some extent).
• Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Period: Start as soon as possible/according to agreement during Q1 2026, until December 2026 with an option for extension.
• Security: The assignment requires an approved security clearance and background check.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of management experience in IT in large and complex environments over the last 10 years.
• Documented experience in technical deliveries within IT infrastructure.
• Experience from organizations with high demands on secure operations and IT security.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with vendor management and leading/developing staff.
• Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
